Job Description
The Pizza Cook will prepare pizza dough, assemble pizzas, operate pizza ovens, and ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in pizza preparation.
Requirements
- Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency and quality in pizza preparation, baking, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and ovens
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the pizza preparation and baking stations
- Monitor pizza ingredients inventory levels and report shortages to the Assistant Kitchen Manager
- Conduct regular checks to ensure proper stock and quality of pizza ingredients
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Implement kitchen safety protocols
- Ensure pizza ovens and related equipment are cleaned and maintained properly
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff
- Assist in training new kitchen staff members
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
