Manager, Infrastructure & Cloud ICT Operations

Triple Zero Victoria is seeking a Manager, Infrastructure & Cloud ICT Operations to lead the ICT, Cloud & Security teams in managing mission-critical infrastructure and providing integrated information and technology services to support operational systems and communications. The role involves managing IT operations environment, leading IT operations and infrastructure teams, and managing and improving the security posture of M365 environments and core security operations platforms.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in IT related studies or related discipline
• Extensive experience managing and leading a team in IT operations and administrating infrastructure/systems in a mission critical environment
• Extensive knowledge and experience in managing IT operations and Cloud environments
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft environment, multi-tier application and system integration, virtualisation technologies, and security operations platforms
