Job Description
The System Engineer will participate in an on-call roster and help build, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot our expanding infrastructure platforms supporting mission critical emergency services.
Requirements
- Experience in an ITIL environment
- Working knowledge of ITIL Incident management, Request fulfilment, Change and Asset Management
- Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery
- Experience in a large organisation (500 or more employees) supporting a 24x7 mission critical environments
- Microsoft Certificated Solutions Associate (MCSA) (or equivalent experience)
- VMware Certification (VCP) (or equivalent experience)
