Job Description
We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Specialist to support our team in Mount Vernon, WA for a 1 to 6-month assignment. This role involves handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing clerical support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred but not required
