Software Engineer - (Mid Level)

We're looking for someone with strong backend experience in TypeScript, cloud-native experience, and a passion for working with data.

Requirements

• Comfortable with pair programming most of the day
• Strong backend experience in TypeScript with additional frontend skills for admin UIs
• Cloud-Native Experience: Practical experience building deployment pipelines and continuous delivery on cloud platforms
• Data Systems and Analytics: Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and BigQuery
• Systems Thinking: Experience designing and building distributed, high-availability, high-throughput systems
• Product Mindset and Collaboration: Customer-centric approach, working closely with product managers
• Values Alignment: Commitment to continuous learning, autonomy, psychological safety, and developing your craft
