Pharma/Healthcare Sales Rep

Tris Pharma, Inc. is a leading biopharmaceutical company seeking an experienced sales representative to join its national sales force. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, promoting the clinical and economic benefits of the company's products, and building relationships with healthcare providers. The role involves collaborating with internal departments and external resources to achieve sales goals and requires a strong consultative and solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Pharmaceutical Sales Rep: Bachelor's degree and minimum 1 year sales experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, B2B, capital equipment, medical device, or related industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and independently growing and managing a territory.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex sales and technical data and develop strategic business plans.
• Experience conducting consultative, solutions-oriented sales calls and ability to quickly learn and explain complex medical and scientific information.
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
