Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of their customer relationship strategy across multiple brands and channels. This role suits an ambitious CRM professional ready to step into a leadership position within a growing iGaming business.
Requirements
- Define and drive CRM direction aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Apply advanced segmentation and behavioural targeting to enhance personalisation, and translate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Use data analytics and predictive modelling to shape campaign strategy.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Senior Leadership to align CRM activity with company-wide priorities and contribute insight to wider innovation initiatives.
