Job Description
Our client is a local Financial Institution looking to grow their team in Malta through a German Customer and Sales Officer. The purpose of the role is to support clients with existing financial products, whilst establishing needs to support the clients' financial situation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Online Customer Support or Sales position
- University degree in Banking, Financial Services or other related areas
- Native or fluent level of German along with a fluent level of English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literacy
- Team player, eager to learn and grow within the industry
- Customer oriented
- Willingness to learn and expand horizons
