We are looking for an innovative and strategic Head of Social Media (Paid) to lead and evolve our global social media presence across all platforms.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in social media marketing with at least 3+ years in a senior or leadership role overseeing both paid and organic strategies.
- Experience in iGaming is a must
- Proven track record managing cross-platform strategies that drive both brand equity and business outcomes.
- Deep expertise in platform algorithms, social-first content formats, and community management best practices.
- Strong performance marketing acumen, including experience with ROAS-driven paid social campaigns.
- Experience in the iGaming, entertainment, or other fast-paced, regulated industries is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
- Proficient in social analytics and reporting tools such as Sprout, Brandwatch, Looker Studio, or native platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinker with creative sensibility and a deep passion for internet culture, trends, and storytelling.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
