Junior German speaking Customer Support

An established international company is looking to hire a German-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join its Malta-based operations. This position plays an important role in delivering high-quality assistance to customers while ensuring efficient internal coordination and adherence to operational procedures.

Requirements

• Provide professional support to customers via chat and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries.
• Handle customer requests efficiently, maintaining organized and up-to-date case queues.
• Investigate customer accounts, including bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting activity, and documentation when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth communication across departments.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and promotions.
• Review and verify promotional activities prior to launch.
• Escalate technical issues and complex cases in line with internal procedures.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and operational activities.
• Support operational continuity, including following emergency and account-related procedures when necessary.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards in customer communications.
