Requirements

• Support in object search for the purchase of additional objects (residential & commercial)
• Inspection of apartments
• Collaborative partnership with real estate agents and development of a CRM system
• Conceptualization and operationalization of the complete furnishing process
• Project management and responsibility for furnishing and furnishing projects
• Support for management in all administrative activities
• Creation of presentations, brochures, and other documents
• Conceptualization and implementation of internal processes, systems, and structures
• Support in brand development and brand building
• Responsibility for tenant communication and handling of tenant inquiries
