Electrical Technician

Under the direction of the Technical Manager, this position will maintain all aspects of the electrical equipment throughout the plant, ensuring proper functioning of all electrical units and completing scheduled checks. Responsibilities include running conduit, wiring, and diagnosing electrical problems, as well as maintaining plant PLC's and vision inspection systems.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent Technical School Degree / Certification or equivalent industrial experience
• Proficient working knowledge of 480V 3 phase systems, 220 v and 110 v systems
• Proficient computer skills
• Able to present ideas / issues effectively, actively listen, and work across functional boundaries with the ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, customers, and vendors
• Working knowledge of N.E.C. codes
• PLC maintainer (Allen Bradley, SLC-5/04, ControlLogix, RSLogix, RSLinx)
• Industrial experience preferred
