Job Description
The Forklift Operator is responsible for controlling heavy machinery to move materials around our work site, performing regular machine maintenance, and maintaining the highest level of quality and safety in all operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift certification
- 2 years heavy forklift experience (inc sit-down lifts) in high volume production or distribution environment
- Familiarity with shipping/receiving/trucking procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proven problem-solving experience
- Ability to use small hand tools
- Good hand/eye coordination
