Operations Team Lead (Nights)

Operations Team Lead (Nights) oversees daily activities of Safety, Quality and Production / Operations, with responsibilities including maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving improvements and resolving issues.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in related field or five years of experience as a lead or supervisor in manufacturing
• Exceptional written/verbal communication, training and facilitation skills
• Ability to lead a team, coach, train, mentor, and facilitate job tasks
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Demonstrated ability to motivate people and maintain a safe, cohesive work environment
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices
• Positive attitude & energy
• Ability to work all shifts including 12 hour shift, daylight and off-shifts as well as weekends and holidays
