Job Description
The Operator Technician (Mechanic) is responsible for high-speed manufacturing of metal food packaging through machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with lean manufacturing practices, and mechanical aptitude.
Requirements
- Strong written/verbal communication skills in English
- Computer skills to support inventory-based transactions
- Adherence to the Core Values of Passion, Teamwork, and Excellence
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices
- Machine troubleshooting and maintenance experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting
- Forklift and Material handling experience preferred
- Mechanical Aptitude and Proficiency
