The Operator Technician role supports the company's core values of Passion, Teamwork, and Excellence, and is responsible for high-speed manufacturing of metal food packaging through machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Strong written/verbal communication skills in English
- Computer skills to complete inventory-based transactions
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting
- High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift and Material handing experience preferred
- Mechanical Aptitude and Proficiency
