Job Description
The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving overall plant quality through the implementation of process quality systems. The role involves developing and driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring quality system adherence, and leading plant root cause and corrective action investigations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical or relevant discipline
- Minimum 8 years experience in manufacturing
- 4 years quality experience
- Excellent management/leadership aptitude
