Job Description
The Director of Supply Chain plays a critical role in leading the strategic direction and building consistent tools and processes for the supply chain function. This strategic leadership position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the S&OP process, demand forecasting, procurement excellence, inventory optimization, and transformational systems initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team to achieve supply chain objectives
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in supply chain planning (e.g., demand forecasting, machine learning, predictive analytics, optimization algorithms, etc.)
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus
