We are looking for a Production Team Leader to join our team in Hoogeveen, responsible for leading a team of approximately 15 employees in a 3-shift operation, overseeing production process, ensuring a motivated team, and a safe working environment.

Requirements

• MBO-4 work and thinking level, obtained through education and/or relevant work experience
• Good social and leadership skills
• Flexible, independent, and proactive attitude with a strong drive for improvement
• Technical knowledge and a hands-on mentality
