Job Description
As a key member of the property’s golf course maintenance team, the Assistant Superintendent reports directly to the Golf Course Superintendent and assists with the day-to-day oversight of the maintenance and agronomic practices of the golf course and adjacent grounds.
Requirements
- 3+ years of turf grass management experience
- Supervisory experience
- Four-year college degree preferred
- GCSAA Member or apprentice preferred
- Knowledge of budgeting and expense management
- Basic computer skills in Word and Excel
- Strong business aptitude and passion for the golf business
- Highly organized and efficient with a high attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
