Banquet Server

Wallkill Golf Club is seeking a part-time Banquet Server to provide exceptional service to guests in a hospitality environment.

Requirements

• Prepare function site and assure meeting room is set according to specifications
• Serve food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines
• Set dining tables, buffets, and other service areas as according to Banquet Event Order or as directed
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to the department manager
• Maintain a clean banquet or catering kitchen, coolers, and equipment
• Assist in inventory control and monitoring waste in the banquet or catering area
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guests' needs
• Perform other duties as required
