Job Description
Alpine Country Club is seeking a part-time Bartender to provide superior service to members and guests. The successful candidate will have experience in bartending, inventory control, and compliance with liquor laws.
Requirements
- Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages
- Maintains inventory control and monitors supplies
- Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and standard operating procedures
- Communicates guest requests and concerns to management
- Performs opening and closing duties, including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking
- Utilizes Point of Sales System
- Reviews banquet schedule and calendar of events
