Bartender

Part-time Bartenders are sought for The Retreat Club. Qualified candidates will provide superior service in a hospitality environment.

Requirements

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages
• Maintains inventory control
• Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager
• Performs opening and closing duties
• Accountable for checks and cash transactions
• Reviews banquet schedule for changes and special events
• Serves catered parties and occasionally serves meals to guests
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required
