Job Description
Troon is seeking a Corporate Food & Beverage Operations & Task Force Manager to provide strategic, operational, and hands-on leadership to achieve corporate and property-level Food & Beverage objectives across owned, managed, and contracted facilities.
Requirements
- Build strong partnerships with property and corporate stakeholders
- Evaluate and optimize culinary, service, staffing, and financial performance
- Support menu development, pricing, procurement, and concept innovation
- Lead task force deployments and provide hands-on operational support
- Supervise and mentor front- and back-of-house leadership and teams
- Ensure adherence to standardized recipes, sanitation, safety, inventory, and quality control practices
