Job Description
Facilities Maintenance Technician responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, as well as general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school Diploma, GED, or Two year certification from Trade School
- Two plus years working experience in a Large HOA or Facility Maintenance environment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is a plus
