Job Description
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of front of house food and beverage operations at the club, ensuring exceptional member and guest service, maintaining high standards of quality, and assisting with administrative and supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- 2–4 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email)
- ServSafe or Food Handler Certification preferred
