Job Description
We are seeking a Food Runner to provide superior service in a hospitality environment. Responsibilities include setting tables, delivering food, clearing dishes, and assisting servers. Ideal candidate will have one month of related experience or training, with a focus on professionalism, cleanliness, and neatness.
Requirements
- Assures that all material used by server is clean and ready for daily operation.
- Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards.
- Ensures that each menu item is prepared in the exact detail outlined on each ticket.
- Clears and resets tables when guests leave.
- Assists the server when needed.
- Keeps workstations well stocked of items and ingredients.
- Clean workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room.
