Job Description
Eau Claire Golf & Country Club is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Expeditor / Runner to join our Food & Beverage team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality food delivery while maintaining seamless communication between the kitchen and front-of-house service team.
Requirements
- Act as a liaison between the kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
- Ensure all dishes are properly plated, garnished, and presented to Club standards before leaving the kitchen.
- Verify orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper modifications.
- Deliver food from the kitchen to servers across various dining outlets in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line, kitchen pass, and service areas.
- Uphold all Troon and Club service standards, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate full knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
