Grande Oaks Golf Club is seeking a Full-Time Golf Course Maintenance - Assistant in Training to support the golf course maintenance team in daily upkeep and presentation of the golf course and club grounds. The role involves learning the fundamentals of golf course operations, turfgrass management, landscape maintenance, and equipment operation in a team-oriented outdoor environment.

Requirements

• High school student, recent graduate, or individual interested in golf course maintenance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to learn golf course maintenance practices and equipment operation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
