Golf Course Superintendent

Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club is seeking an experienced Golf Course Superintendent to oversee the maintenance and ongoing development of our 18‐hole (+) golf course. This leadership role ensures the highest standards of turf quality, course presentation, and agronomic excellence. Experience in the Florida Panhandle region as a Superintendent is a plus!

Requirements

• Assists with developing annual budgets and capital plans
• Maintains ongoing awareness of all agronomic activity on the course
• Maintains clear understanding of and implements all Troon Golf Agronomy standards
• Supports the planning, organizing, and direction of the maintenance and construction
• Ensures proper mixing, calibration, and application of all chemical/fertilizers used on the course
• Provides timely and accurate reporting of all financial and non-financial information
• Implements sound purchasing procedures utilizing preferred vendors
• Ensures that they and all associates obtain proper training and/or licenses needed to perform job tasks safely
• Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work
• Provides leadership and a positive working environment that fosters teamwork, communication, ethical behavior, cleanliness and a “can do” attitude
