Job Description
Gamble Sands is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Agronomy Intern to join our team for the summer season. This position offers hands-on experience in the Agronomy and Maintenance department within the golf industry, providing an opportunity to develop skills in the maintenance and care of turfgrass, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of turfgrass management and operations supervision.
Requirements
- Pursuing or currently enrolled in a recent graduate of a 2-year or 4-year turfgrass management, agronomy, horticulture, or a related science program
- Valid driver's license
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend for extended periods, and lift items up to 50 pounds
