Job Description
Under the direction of the Head Golf Professional or First Assistant Golf Professional, the Assistant Golf Professional Intern will perform daily operations including sales, POS system operation, tee sheet management, and golf course pace of play.
Requirements
- Performs all point of sales applications as it applies to green fee sales, merchandise sales, and guest billing.
- Monitors daily tee sheet, performs check-in, and receives payments from guests.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area for both front and back of the house facilities.
- Assists retail team with keeping a clean and orderly golf shop.
- Responsible for maintaining excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction.
- Attends staff meetings as required.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance. Willing and available to work weekends and holidays as requested.
