Lifestyle Concierge

The Lifestyle Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, assisting with members' questions, general admin, orientating new members, and lifestyle/social planning. The role requires program development, facility scheduling, and overall program promotion.

Requirements

• Greeting all visitors and assisting with members' questions/concerns
• General admin, orientating new members to the communities
• Lifestyle/social planning, program development, and promotion
• Event set-ups, responding promptly to communications, and following through on commitments
• Providing outstanding service to members and their guests
• Writing routine reports and correspondence
• Speaking effectively before groups of customers or employees
• Maintaining a safe and friendly environment
• Assisting with room set-up and break-down for events
• Light housekeeping duties, including stocking restroom facilities, cleaning glass, fitness equipment, and trash collection
• Inspecting grounds for litter and activity
• Understanding emergency preparedness and responding to emergencies
• Preparing monthly reports and vendor check requests
• Establishing accurate records of Member and guest attendance
• Maintaining staff schedules and communicating with independent contractors
• Answering telephone and greeting members and prospective buyers in the Sales Gallery
• Maintaining calendar of event registration for Members
• Creating and updating records ensuring accuracy and validity of the information
• Performing administrative tasks when needed
• Assisting in the preparation of articles and calendar of events for the Lifestyle Magazine
