Job Description
Colony West Golf Club is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and execute high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen
- Culinary degree or formal training
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow recipes and plating instructions precisely
- ServSafe or similar food safety certification
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
