Grande Dunes Ocean Club is seeking a Line Cook to prepare food products for restaurant and banquet operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hospitality environment and provide superior service to guests.

Requirements

• Prepares sufficient quantities of food product in accordance to production plan or forecast needs.
• Maintains overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas.
• Requisitions inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily production.
• Ensures proper storage of food items, wraps, dates, and rotates food items.
