Player Services Attendant

Randolph Golf Complex is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to provide superior service to guests, assist with education and direction, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have one month of related experience or training, with a focus on regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests
• Assists in educating players regarding the game
• Directs start of play when necessary
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return
• Assists with food and beverage activities
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
