Job Description
The Regional General Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure high levels of guest service, staff training, and profitability within the designated region.
Requirements
- Achieve regional profitability and operational and cash flow goals
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to General Managers and other key staff
- Analyze and summarize local competitive markets to assist with sales and marketing plans
- Represent Troon to various constituents in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner
- Communicate with and manage client relationships as needed
- Identify potential business opportunities for Troon in the immediate and surrounding marketplace
