The Restaurant Supervisor/Front of House (FOH) Supervisor is responsible for maintaining service standards, team accountability, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and end of shift procedures. They serve as the acting manager on duty (MOD) and lead by example to ensure all staff are aware of side work or end of shift closing duties.
Requirements
- Current Washington State M.A.S.T and Washington Food Handlers Card required
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain clear and professional communication with BOH leadership and kitchen staff
- Guest service and experience skills
- Ability to address guest concerns promptly and professionally
