Requirements
- Assists servers in providing efficient service by delivering orders from the kitchen to guests and keeping BOH areas clean, organized and stocked.
- Possesses knowledge of the position of each diner’s chair in the dining rooms and lounges.
- Sets tables in accordance with facility standards.
- Answers members’ questions about ingredients and menu items.
- Informs managers about customers’ feedback or requests.
- Ensures that each menu item is prepared in the exact detail outlined on each ticket.
- Delivers food orders from the kitchen to members’ tables rapidly and accurately.
- Clears dishes located in front of guest upon completion of course.
- Keeps work stations clean and well stocked of items and ingredients.
- Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
