Sous Chef

Schaffers Mill Golf Club is seeking a qualified Sous Chef to assist in the supervision of culinary staff, food production, and maintaining quality standards and food cost control.

Requirements

• Certificate from college, technical school, or accredited facility
• Three to six months related experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of experience
• Ability to read and speak English
• Knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and applicable health codes
