Job Description
Assists the Executive Chef in overseeing food production, supervising staff, and maintaining quality standards. Responsible for managing food preparation, adhering to cost control procedures, and training associates.
Requirements
- Certificate from college, technical school or accredited facility
- Three to six months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and speak English
- Knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and applicable health codes
