Steward

We are seeking a Steward to provide superior service in a hospitality environment at Audubon Country Club. The Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and performing various tasks to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Cleans and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen, including dry storage, walk-in cooler, freezers, and sweeping & mopping
• Empties kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage and recycling
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, floors, tables, equipment, and exhaust system
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Cleans, washes, and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close
• Performs other duties as required
