Job Description
Eagles Landing Golf Club is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a full-time Superintendent. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of turfgrass management and horticultural practices, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. As an associate of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in agronomy, horticulture, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in golf course maintenance
- Experience in staff management and training
- Strong knowledge of turfgrass management and horticultural practices
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of maintenance equipment
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
