Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on paid social experience
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- A performance-driven mindset
- Genuine passion for creative testing
- Experience with Channable or comparable feed management tooling is a plus
- Understanding of how organic and paid social work together to build brand presence and drive pipeline
- Strong communicator; proactive team player who can align stakeholders across markets and functions
