Benefits Coordinator

We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator to provide administrative and customer service support across all Benefit programs, including health and welfare, retirement, time and absence, and well-being.

Requirements

• Provide administrative and customer service support across all Benefit programs
• Review staff timecards for accuracy and completeness
• Monitor benefit enrollments and changes
• Process benefit elections and changes
• Respond to and help resolve Total Rewards and benefits inquiries
• Maintain files and records
• Support team leadership in administering leave of absence and time away programs
• Assist in coordinating well-being programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external clients
