Job Description
Seeking a Controller to lead and oversee all aspects of the company's accounting operations, managing the internal accounting team and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- CPA preferred
- 710 years of real estate accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency with Yardi and Excel
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
