Job Description
We are looking for a CNA, PCA, or HHA to provide care and support to clients in their homes. Our caregivers provide basic companionship, non-medical personal care, and assistance with day-to-day activities. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($18-$25/hr), and a supportive team.
Requirements
- CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and the Trove Care team
- Must have an active driver's license and valid car insurance
- Ability to follow care plans and document client progress accurately
- Must pass a background check and reference screening
