Job Description
As an Estimating Coordinator, you will support the estimating team by coordinating the preparation of cost estimates and proposals for various projects. Your responsibilities will include gathering information, preparing proposals, and ensuring all proposals are accurate and submitted on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in construction estimating software, Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in estimating tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
