TRU Development is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist in day-to-day operations and functions related to development process. The role involves coordinating with Construction and Development teams, facilitating multiple teams of consultants, and preparing project documents and contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Strong desire to grow in real estate development, land development and/or construction management
- Understanding of architectural documentation, building and construction practices, and zoning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- People-oriented and confident in presenting in groups and public settings
- Ability to make decisions quickly and adapt to ever-changing environments
- Entrepreneurial drive, intelligence, desire to learn, self-motivated, and organized
- Proficiency with MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project
- Proficient with SmartSheet and Sharefile or have general knowledge of the platforms and/or the desire to become a certified user
