Service Advisor - 2nd Shift

We're looking for a Service Advisor to be the welcoming face of our Service department! In this role, you'll be the go-to person for customers, helping them navigate their service needs with professionalism and care.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with ability to meet insurance requirements
• Minimum of 1 year mechanical, trucking, or dealer service experience
• Knowledge of Service department operations, trucks, and truck parts
• Mechanical aptitude or truck repair experience
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Knowledge of computer operations, tablets, data entry, and MS Office
• Procede software experience is a plus
